Practical demonstration of mediation. Louis is an excellent mediator and it really helped to see it demonstrated. Loved the dedication, enthusiasm and firm belief in worth of BC approach to learning. Open Public Training, Cape Town (June 2013)

Presentation was well organized and clear. The lecturer explained extensively about the content of the course. The programme should be implemented by all Foundation Phase teachers and be recognized by government. The BCP is CAPS aligned.

I understand how I can assist my learners who need intervention. The BCP will boost the self-esteem and knowledge of weak learners. It definitely helps me to guide my learners, using the correct language applicable to the situation.
